Heather started her career at Shedd Aquarium as a student and teacher programs educator in 2002. Her path at Shedd also included the coordination of student, youth, family and adult programs within Shedd's Learning department. She has most recently managed Shedd's Digital Learning team, where Schneider researched, tested and created strategic plans to enhance learning outcomes through the use of digital technology tools. She now continues her work with digital learning and strategic thinking as the Assistant Director of Learning Programs. Heather has her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from North Park University and Master’s degree in Education Technology from Pepperdine University.
